Visa is set to post fourth quarter earnings on Thursday.  History says there’s a good chance it will beat expectations again.  In fact, according to Bespoke, as highlighted by CNBC, Visa stops EPS estimates nearly 96% of the time, and sales estimates up to 89% of the time.

Analysts at Bank of America, which still has a buy rating on the stock, said not to expect any “fireworks,” and did cut its EPS estimates to $1.42 for the quarter.  Revenue expectations were also cut from $6.08 billion to $6.05 billion.

Lockheed Martin (LMT)

Deckers Outdoor Corp. (DECK)

DECK beats earnings up to 94% of the time, and releases earnings on Thursday.  “The company is likely to post upside to sales and gross margin, flowing through the beats to raise FY20 guidance and while valuation has become slightly more compelling, a beat and raise and material upside are still anticipated by investors,” Wedbush analysts said, as quoted by CNBC.
